Meet the Siestio team

Stewart is Siestio’s content strategist, occasional contributor and editor. With an inability to switch-off (and sleep), Stewart has first-hand experience of insomnia and the debilitating impact it has on everyday life. Through his role at Siestio, Stewart is able to share his own sleep stories, providing insight, and a little light, at the end of the tunnel.

William is a regular contributor to Siestio, and also heads up our technical team. As night falls, Will enjoys nothing more than grappling with the latest sleep-tech and sharing his findings with the outside world, the following morning. Rebekah is a regular contributor to Siestio, both as a reviewer and writer. With first first-hand experience of insomnia, Rebekah understands how modern-living can negatively impact sleep, mental health and general wellbeing. Rebekah has worked as a writer and content strategist for many leading online brands, including Sprout Social, Fabrik Brands and HubSpot.

Stephen is a consulting creative director to Siestio. Having initially created Siestio’s brand identity, Stephen continues to provide expertise in the key areas of branding and user experience. This ongoing commitment ensures that our website is continuously evolving. In this full-time role, Stephen is the creative of Fabrik Brands.

Practising evidence-based medicine as a doctor for 15 years, Dora has encountered numerous patients with sleep problems. Having previously worked in psychiatry, Dora has spent the last 8 years as a specialist in general medicine, where she helps to solve insomnia and improve sleep for a wide range of people from a variety of backgrounds.

At Siestio, Dora assumes the role of contributor, editor and medical expert. She also owns and manages the Rose Clinic in Copenhagen, Denmark.
